Well, to tell you the truth, this recipe is actually Chicken Adha Pyaaja, because if you go ahead to make a Chicken Do Pyaaja out of it, your macros are ruined… and nobody wants that!So without much chitter-chatter, let’s get on to the recipe:
150 g – Chicken
25 g Butter/Ghee
1 small onion, sliced
1 small tomato, chopped
30-45 g (roughly 2 tablespoons) curd
Chicken Masala, deggi mirch, salt – as per taste
1 tablespoon kasuri methi. You may use fresh methi if available
1 teaspoon Ginger-gralic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon dhania powder
P.S. I have used the chicken, butter, onion nd tomato as per my diet macros, use them in yours as per your diet instructions.
Cut the chicken in small bite-size pieces. Add curd and masalas and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
